yoga xyz
From the Sanskrit word Utah, yoga means to meet the individual consciousness or the universal consciousness of the soul or the soul. Yoga is the 5000-year-old Indian body of knowledge. Although many people think of only as a physical exercise, where people take turns, turn, stretch and breathe in the most complex way, they are in fact only the most of the intense science that reveals the eternal capability of the human mind and spirit The surface factor is. The science of yoga embodies the whole essence of the path of life.

As Gurudev, Sri Sri Ravi Shankara says, "Yoga is not just exercise and posture, it is emotional integration and spiritual uplift in which there is a touch of mystic element, which gives you a glimpse of anything beyond all the fantasies."

History of yoga
Yoga is more than 10,000 years old The earliest mention of the contemplative tradition is found in the oldest surviving literature in Rig Veda, in Nyasia Sukta. It is the date of the Indus-Saraswati civilization, the Pashupati seal from the Swa Swim Civilization shows the person sitting in a yoga posture, further affirms its spread in those ancient times. However, the earliest mention of the practices that later became part of yoga is found in the oldest Upanishad, the Brihadarayanic. The practice of Pranayama is mentioned in one of his hymns and in the withdrawal of Chandrayaan Upanishad. Although even today we know that the first form of the word "Yoga" with the same meaning, probably for the first time in Kata Upanishad, is a major or important Upanishad, the story of Yajurveda is included in the last eight classes of the school. Here yoga is seen as the process of climbing the inner journey or consciousness.

Asana is mentioned among the famous yoga, Yoga Yagnavalkya, (found in the Great Upanishad), Sage Yagnavalkya and learned Brahmavadan Gargi, many breathing exercises to clean the body and meditation. Gargi also talked about the formulations in the Chandogya Upanishad.

A group of ascetics mentioned in Atharvaveda, Vratya, emphasized on physical posture, which can develop in yoga. Even codices, monks, cases and scholars, various ancient monks and rishis have been mentioned which practiced harsh physical findings to meditate or to do penance.

As a concept, Yoga has slowly emerged and detailed in Bhagavad Gita and the peace festival of Mahabharata.

There are more than 20 Upanishads and Yoga Vastshastas, who predict Mahabharata and Bhagavad Gita, where yoga is called the Sangh of the mind with supreme consciousness.

Yoga is discussed in the ancient fundamental formula of Hindu philosophy and Patanjali Yogasutra is perhaps the most mentioned. Patanjali has defined Yoga in his second formula:

Yoga: Anesthesia detention: (Yogati-Vitti-detention)
-Used formula 1.2

Patanjali's writing also became the basis of Ashtanga Yoga. Many customs, such as five vows in Jainism and Yogachal of Buddhism, are rooted in Patanjali Yoga Sutras.

Hatha Yoga was developed in the medieval era.

Yoga scriptures: Patanjali Yoga Sutras
Patanjali is considered as the father of yoga and his Yoga Sutra is fully devoted to the knowledge of yoga.

Gurudev's only comment on ancient scriptures, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, highlighted the knowledge of yoga, its origin and purpose. This presentation of Yoga Sutras aims to make the principles and practices of Yoga Sutras more understandable and accessible. Offer attempts to focus on practical suggestions of each formula can be described, to experience the ultimate benefits of the lifestyle of yoga.

Gurudev also talked extensively on the Yogashi Upanishad. In his remarks on the Bhagavad Gita, he has highlighted various parts of yoga such as Sankhya Yoga, Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, King Guha Yoga, and Vibhuti Yoga.

Types of yoga
The word "yoga" has been implemented in various practices and methods, including:

Gyan Yoga or Darshan
'Bhakti Yoga' or the path of devotional pleasure

King Yoga is divided into eight parts which are also called as Ashtanga Yoga. In the heart of the King Yoga system, balancing and uniting these different approaches is the practice of yoga posture.
