Step 1: First of all you stand up, then stretch your legs for a distance of 1 meter and breathe inwards.

Step 3: Then lean forward from the waist and leave the breath in between.
Step 4: Now touch the left leg to the right foot and keep the other hand towards the sky. Pause for 2-3 seconds at this stage.
