Step 1: Before you start the yachting, you sit in the position of Swavans by putting the mat on a flat spot.

Step 2: After this, you add your ankles and pajas and keep them close to your hands and waist.



Step 3: After this you have to keep the palms straight on the floor and neck.

Step 4: Now lift your legs, neck and hands slowly upwards together.

Step 5: At the end, make your entire body weight above the buttocks.
